Darsweil is an executive coach, consultant and trainer. His focus is advising organizations and leadership teams on strategic and organizational transformations. Clients include Fortune 100 companies, utilities, emerging growth companies, government entities, and institutions. Darsweil uses research-based data-driven instruments in behaviors, motivations, skills and emotional intelligence to make data informed decisions to evaluate and build talent.
Glenn Marshall
Agile Coach
Glenn is a business owner and executive coach at Fix Agile Transformations. He is focused on guiding teams, leadership and organizations through their unique agile transformation journey in a way that works for them. From working in aerospace at NASA to the financial sector, Glenn can go both broad and deep. Passionate about facilitating positive, cooperative teamwork and building Agile community, Glenn is an award-winning communicator, able to both listen and connect.
Karun Kaur
Agile Coach
Karun is an XSCALE certified executive coach, and has worked on Agile transformations for the past 20 years in her software engineering career. She is always learning and can provide a wealth of experience in government-related projects as well as in the telecommunications sector when she worked with Motorola. She now leads the service availability in payment space at the National Broadband Network (NBN).
Irveen Kaur
Marketing Specialist
